# How to use Employee data analysis?

## Feature Introduction

Goal: Provide \[a WideColumn] for Team Owner, Team Administrator, and Super Team Admin, detailing members' key usage behaviours by **account (email)** with specific timeframes. This will facilitate quick insights into the team's activity levels and functional value.

* **Range:** Enterprise centres in the China and the United States. <mark style="background-color:yellow;">Features are released in a whitelisted grey scale.</mark>
* **Default timeframe:** Entering the page automatically loads data for the last 4 weeks. Supports to customize the start and end dates using the date picker.
* **Permission:** Owner/Administrator/Super Team Admin---have full access to all employee data

| Metric                 | Meaning                                                                                                                      |

| Account                | Members' email addresses; if there is data during the historical period, it will be listed even if they have exited the team |
| App Launches           | Total times opening D5 Client during the specified period                                                                    |
| New Projects Created   | Total number of new D5 projects                                                                                              |
| Images Rendered        | Total number of still-frame images rendered                                                                                  |
| Videos Rendered        | Total number of videos rendered                                                                                              |
| Virtual Tours Rendered | Total number of Virtual Tour files rendered                                                                                  |

## Guidance

**Entrance:** Team management backend → Employee report (left-side navigation)

**Select timeframe:** Date picker at page top: drop-down menu → Set start and end date → Search. Defaults to the last 4 weeks.

## **Notes**

**Grey & Whitelist:** Access to this page is restricted to whitelisted teams. Please contact the CSM team (<sales@d5techs.com>) if you need to enable this feature.

**Data Delay:** Events are updated on the dashboard approximately 15 minutes after being logged. If a recent action is not immediately visible, please wait for the data to refresh.

**History Account Display:** The list includes accounts that have acted within the selected time period but are no longer part of the team, to ensure a comprehensive review of historical activity.

**Group Limitation:** The current version does not support switching between different team groups on the page.

**Permission Alert:** Non-administrators will receive a 'no right to view' alert. Please request the team administrator to elevate your permissions in member management before trying again.

**Privacy Compliance:** This dashboard tracks only usage behaviour and does not include project files, rendering outputs, etc. Please use it with confidence.
